Robert has served a Senior Executive and Lawyer in Industry and Government for over three decades. He is a National and International Security expert with proven results in counter-insurgency, counter-terrorism operations and force protection in conflict and post-conflict regions. He has authored numerous seminal national security related policy and operational documents and briefs. He is a sought after public speaker with nearly 200 public and press engagements. He has designed international trade strategies for Government and Industry and is widely recognized for his ability to see solutions not commonly considered.  Rob has been selected to participate in numerous US State Department sponsored trade missions and in 2008 he was selected to represent the US Government at the Nobel Science and Peace Prize ceremonies. He has testified before Congress and briefed Congressional members and staff over 100 times on issues related to National and International Trade and Security. Rob is a highly decorated navy combat veteran, serving in both Iraq and Afghanistan. He lives in Malibu, CA and is an avid diver and surfer. 

Mike is a widely recognized, and highly respected National and International security expert. In his career as a Senior Operations and Intelligence Officer, Mike developed and executed strategies in extremely volatile regions of the world and served the US Marine Corps in numerous combat operations in Afghanistan, Somalia, North Africa and the Middle East. He also served as the Lead Intelligence Officer (J2) in Guantanamo Bay Cuba's terrorist detention facilities. Mike was awarded the Bronze Star and is a highly decorated veteran. Mike served as a Director and Senior Advisor at Constellis, where he led business development efforts totaling almost $2 billion in total contract value.  He directs all Poseidon operations worldwide and possesses a deep understanding of threat mitigation strategies and risk reduction methodologies. Mike also assist Poseidon in tech evaluations and investment initiatives. Mike lives in Orlando , FL and enjoys physical fitness and collecting rare and highly sought after bourbons. 

From our Shanghai office, Scarlet leads Poseidon's Pacific Rim legal practice and serves Poseidon as a  highly competent Intellectual Property and Trade Law expert. She possesses a legal acumen that spans intellectual property: global trademark, patent, and copyright filings, portfolio management strategies, and infringement litigation. Her international Trade skills provide Poseidon customers end-to-end legal support for international companies seeking

overseas market access, contract negotiation, compliance, and dispute resolution. She recently represented a large internet company in a copyright dispute Involving Google by initiating U.S. litigation proceedings. She provides full-cycle trademark services, including monitoring, filing, and maintenance. Additionally Scarlet leads a comprehensive compliance practice for a number of Global companies seeking international, distribution channels by drafting and reviewing distribution agreements, licensing agreements, 

as well as conducting compliance reviews for projects across the Pacific Rim. Scarlet lives in Shanghai and is a tennis enthusiast.
